JFL k bulked too hard and didn’t exercise, people think I work out and got big but without my shirt I have a belly now shit looks so bad.

Help me get flat stomach back plz starting gym btw already taking whey all year

6ft 150lb (started year with 133lb)
 
to lose belly fat u have to lose more weight and go in a calorie deficit. You probably look anorexic, so better just recomp and focus on progressive overload

ngl at 150lb I don’t think I look particularly skinny, my shoulders are wide so maybe that’s why.

How can I recomp tho? Will weight training work

Train abs with weight and smoke.

Well if u bulked 'too fat', then u probably have enough fat to progress and stimulate muscle growth.
Im talking about if u cut from 150 lbs to 130 u will look anorexic. Though 150 lbs is still skinny, and a low weight to start cutting

Does fat help in stimulating muscle growth? That doesn’t sound too bad then? Seems like I have enough stores to gain muscle then
 
How do you weigh so little, i am also 6' isch maybe 6'1 and now 88kg when i was same bf 97 kilo gymmaxxed out bulk

Ur body can use the calories that are burned as fat to fuel muscle growth to some degree.
This is what I did in 4 months I lost weight slowly, but I gained muscle at the same time and look bigger

Why tf did you bulk if you're not fucking working out?

Heavy lifting focussing on compounds, for example, ICF 5x5 2.0 routine. Eat in a 300-500 kcal deficit, but while still getting 1 gram per bw of protein and enough carbs to fuel workouts, so basically low fat.

You need to keep putting on weight and muscle at the same time.

So eat more protein and carbs and be consistent in the gym that’s basically it
