Hi im almost 16, and 180cm 72kg, 20% bodyfat and a chubby face.
Want to lose 7% fat (cus my face is fat af and my body is skinny fat)
How can I lose fat without stunting growth?

@hyporoxin tbh that's the standard mtn advice. it’s not wrong but it’s not exactly groundbreaking for someone asking.

the real question is how to manage that deficit without feeling like shit or messing up ur hormonal development during puberty. that’s the actual challenge ppl face. not just "eat less."

Eat maitenance or a slight caloric deficit (200-300cals) and try to move more
