how to lose body fat fast

what should my meals and cardio look like if i wanna lose a significant amount of weight by september 7th? i’m 83.9kg rn and i wanna get down to 74.84. I’m 15 and 6’0 and i’m eating around 1745 calories right now doing 1 hour of cardio. preferably not trying to lose muscle but lowkey wanna see how i would look leaner
 
We are similar height I can imagine how fat you are. Pretty fat.

tru yeah i’m already eating 1745 and 200g of protein i’m jus t looking for a meal plan for like 180g of protein and whatever calories i need to get to my desired weight
 
no (processed) sugar less salt more cardio more protein, limiting carbs is not actually needed if u eat healthy carbs. you are already in a caloric deficit so you will lose weight regardless
