My face is messes up only bc of my extremely chubby cheeks, when i pull them up I can see how chiseled my jaw is and it makes me wna lose them but how? I've read some threads and most of them are js "Lose bf% and reduce sodium and increase potassium" but the whole sodium potassium thing won't help that much and im not boneless. I'll start going to the gym in January cus if I go now ill have to pay extra which is js stupid. But is there any more advice?
