How to lose face fat, lose weight!
95% of the time you'll see fat loss in your face that's due to bloating and water retention.
1. Work on calorie deficit. Body weight in pounds times 12.

Super low sodium diet less than 2500 mg per day.

  1. Drink a lot of water throughout the day then make sure you sweat a lot in the gym, you want to run and sweat not a good amount but an insane amount. This helps to flush out excess/stubborn water around your face.
It might be simple or even water but you have to do this if you want changes. If you cant even do this easy plan youre finished boyo

Bodybuilders don't even drink water for few days to get that lean chiseled body for competition. Water is ur biggest enemy just drink just the minimum and you'll be good

this is more a guide for people above 20% bf or people that want to lose face fat.
