Im 14,184cm and i have a pretty low BF%, but my face fat is killing me. I have a pretty wide face and the fat on my jaw and cheeks area is making my face even more round.
Can i lose face fat naturally at this age because I've heard some people saying that face fat is pure genetics

Yes you can, by putting in the work, planting those seeds everyday and make a wish ( lose weight )

Wouldn’t recommend it till ur done growing since you gain and lose weight a bunch during puberty u just gotta wait to lose baby fat and then fat dissolve if it doesn’t go away at like 22
