I know you cant target fat in only one part of your body.Iam skinny (but my abs arent visible when Iam not flexing,and even when Iam flexing they still look fat,also my face is bloated,there is definetly fat around my ramus and cheeks)

Any good way to lose some face fat during quarantine?

try eating only healthy and working out a lot (push ups, sit ups, squats, etc...)
+ u ll get skin benefits,retards are eating shit food due to quarantine so u ll be ahead anyway

Do they have a single picture where they are bloated? Theres pictures of them during periods where they are even eating like shit and not got a show on and no bloat

Something that worked with me is paleo diet, its where you only eat foods that were available to our ancestors like a thousand year ago. Basically meat, chicken, fish, eggs everything thats not processed so stop with the iifym bullshit and stop eating so much sugar. you will lose weight even if you didnt change the actual calorie amount because these foods dont raise insulin.




Edit: and for cardio jumping rope is very good it burns like 600-800 calories an hour, depending on ur weight and intensity, if you don't have a jump rope or don't know how to jump rope, you can mimic the motion of jumping rope without the rope, focus on not going lazy with the tempo tho without the rope.
