Calorie deficit is the only way. Try and eat 0.8 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, around 70 grams of fats(mostly from eggs, fatty beef, dairy), and fill in the rest with carbs. Aim for a 700 calorie deficit, go to the gym and lift weights 4-5 times a week and walk outside at a brisk pace like 4 kilometres every day and you will lose fat fast
