no you can’t lose fat in spots. You can’t target certain areas of your body

i guess you could chew for more definition, i don’t know

You can lose fat from everywhere there is fat, essentially. Where you lost first is genetic, but basically if you lack a lot of forward growth you will need to get leaner to have striking facial features. Subhumans can never get lean enough to look good, obviously.
