How to lose fat quickly ?

5'7 143, I looks like Im 180lbs, high body fat no muscles, I have already lost 50lbs in 6 months just by eat more healthy

I don't know how many calories should I eat, If I lift 3-4 times a week and do cardio other days if I have the time, my BMR is like 1600 calories with sports like 2600 so I think 2000 calories will be good

With all that things + fasting maybe I can grow muscles and lose my fat
 
idk, but i want to follow this thread so i can learn too

1000 kcal daily, cardios and skip breakfast.

u need to do HIIT
high intensity interval training look it up. its good for fat loss

also, fat loss is mainly in the diet, you need to eat a deficit

Well, i wake up, i drink 1 liter of water, i wait 2 hours ldaring and then i go run and walk for 40 mins, then im go back home, wait 1 hour, drinking water ofc and then i make my breakfast, one slice of bread with olive oil, some tiny sweet candy to raise glicogen and done.

ahh, ok, i ride my bike alot, ill try to do it harder
 
in my opinion you should work on building up muscle, if you have no muscle and weigh that much your in a good position to build a lot of muscle and then lean out. it will probably be easier than losing all the weight and then trying to bulk up to become more muscular.

You don't have to do only cardio, If you have no muscles under it's useless, ans you have to eat minimum 150g of proteins per day, to grow muscles and don't lose muscles

Bulk = bloated, bloated = never began.
 
I hate dieting so I could never do it,
I just eat good stuff instead because its my only cope.
