Calorie deficit. Eat less, move more
Retatrutide or any glp-1 will speed up the process and make it easier
Things like caffeine help to suppress appetite, LISS cardio like incline treadmill for an hour a day is a good start

This guide is over complicated and inaccurate in some aspects and overall just retarded.

stop over complicating it. you lose weight through calorie expenditure from excercise (cardio, even weight lifting) and by eating in a calorie deficit. no need for 100 pages of bullshit goyslop text
Bro, the first header is STRENGTH TRAINING. Its about STRENGTH TRAINING x losing fat. Its purely about maximizing strength retention while losing fat. I assume that every lookmaxxer goes to the gy which is why its so complicated because maintaining strength in a deficit without overcomplicating things isnt possible.

I guarantee you nobody in this forum gives a flying fuck about strength, we care purley about aesthetics. strength is pointless and generally the stronger you become, the less aesthetic you look. benching 500lbs but looking like a fat slob shit is not our goal.

nigg strenght correlates with muscles
so when you get weaker at excersices you loose your athletic build

Hey man, first off—huge respect for dropping 10 kg already at 15; that's legit progress and shows you've got the discipline when you're locked in. The vacation slip and 2 kg regain is super common (water weight + relaxed habits often make it look worse than it is), and the motivation dip afterward happens to almost everyone—it's not you failing, it's just the brain resisting the return to structure after a break.

Start super small to rebuild momentum: pick one easy win today like hitting your old step goal or prepping a high-protein meal, forgive the off days without self-hate, and remind yourself why you started (better energy, confidence, whatever it was). You've done it before, the mentality will come back faster than you think once you string a few consistent days— you've got this, keep going.
