hello everyone.
i have some questions in terms of losing fat. first of all i weigh 95kgs & 6'1ft about 22-23% body fat.
so is there any quick methods to lose fat? i mean not basic tips like calculating calories but niche tips it'd be very helpful for me.
i tried T4 aka Thyroxine for a week. i used low dosages around 25micrograms so nothing changed and i read that it can kill
thyroid gland and i stopped immediately.
THE BEST THING THAT HELPS ME EVERYTIME - is just look at mirror to my body and feeling disgusted after which im heading the gym and doing cardio for 2 hours and losing 5kg's but it's only temporary because of water. then, after 1-2 days i gain back all water...
i can starvemax but it's very hard to control my desire to eat something.
if you have some advice on it can you help me?
