How to Lose skinny fat without lifting weight

I heard stunts growth should I just take a tren and workout does it equal itself out

Taking tren because someone is just a little chubby , just do a bit of cardio brah and drop the fork and pick up the dumble its not that hard . ,,lifting wheights stuns growth ,, : jewish propaganda :lul:

No I have Lifted weights and I am on a calorie deficit
Honestly ehat i would do go on cut till 11-12 % bf and then go into a calorie surplus so that :
1. Already removed tons of skinny fat just by shreeding because im the end just normal fat and no alien fat that you cant remove:feelstastyman:

2. If then cutted you will prolly be skinny and still have slighty a bit of fat around your hip but i dont matter that much so after shreeding to 11-12% bf , you would just build muscle

3. After the calorie surplus you should have a decent amount of muscles . When you reach that point just shreed till you can see your abs brah

This is what im doing for summer

I ate 800 calories today
 
Some nigger on here said it's Stunts growth
It doesn't, just go to the gym, unless you can provide some very solid evidence and research that proves exercise stunts growth, but even if you do provide some, it'll most likely have an insignificant effect.

Skinny fat is caused by bad nutrition and hormones. Fix both and your body composition will improve.

Eat red meat, eggs, butter, fish, organs as 90% of your diet, and train in the gym. Don’t bother calorie count, your blood sugar will regulate so you’re not hungry every 2 hours since there is no blood sugar spiking.
