Last year, in the span of a few months less than half a year, I went down from 85 kg to 60 kg. I was maintaining it quite well.

Then the fasting month came, and I started eating so much.

This year, I’m back to 85 kg. All the progress made has been washed away.

Since I’m sick and tired of just dieting to lose weight, I’ve decided to incorporate gymmaxxing into my routine.

My best friend is going to help me with a workout plan, he’s an aspiring personal trainer, and he’s been working out since he was 14; he’s 30 now. And he’s got a top-tier body without roiding at all.

I’ll make sure to take progress pictures, but I won’t start until a few weeks later. I’d start right away, but my friend’s about to suffer from a burnout, and wants to take some time off for himself which is understandable since he’s a hard worker, working two jobs. After his vacation time, I’ll start gymmaxxing.

I plan on doing this naturally. I won’t be sharing progress pictures out of privacy concerns. :Comfy:
Yeahhh let’s go brah gymcelling is the way

On a side note, though, Gengar, interacting with you unironically improved my grammar skills. So... thanks for that! :feelsautistic:

Should I roid? I won't but I'm asking for input.
Start out natty see how far u can get in terms of aesthetics. If ur genes don’t allow it or ur tall and struggle then maybe its worth if u can mitigate sides

Just to be healthier. I'm not interested in a LTR. I've leanmaxxed in the past but I always had a stubborn layer of fat, and people said that working out would make it go away but I always said I was too lazy. Let's see if they were right. Plus it wouldn't help to have a better build than I currently do as an untrained guy.

I see brother but what’s your point in “removing” that stubborn layer of fat? Do you want to be more attractive?

According to my DNA test, my genes don't allow for it. It did say I'm physically stronger than the average person though, so there's that. I'll basically be the guy who looks weak but is stronger than he looks. My blasian friend says I'm strong too but I think he's just being nice (he's just that kinda guy) so I never took him seriously.

Not at all, it's just for myself! I'm Islamic as you know and just like how women have to hide their beauty, so do men; for us it's the part from the belly button down to the knees, so nobody would see me without a shirt anyway. It's just for me. :)

Also, I had a sixpack even with the stubborn layer of fat. I also want to see whether or not I have an eightpack or not, that'd be cool.

that’s cool man. im just curious because u said to me one time that u don’t want a LTR and that’s why 90% of men go to the gym. your “motivation/cause” mogs most of gymcels.

It was just a general DNA test; an autosomal test, not specifically done for health. Yes, I'll start off natty, but I'll probably not resort to roids (it goes against my religious beliefs of not altering God's creation [outside of natural/internal means]).

Is that why most men gymcel?! Dang. I didn't know that. Actually, now that I think of it.. my best friend also confessed that it started out with 'impressing girls,' but later it evolved to 'I do it for myself.' He says working out is the one thing that makes him happy and gives him peace.

Thanks haha, but then again my co-religionists don't seem to have a problem with roiding either, lol. So even if you were religious, you could still roid. :p

obviously, to increase their SMV and chances with women. even some men say “it’s for myself” but they are lying. this cause is just more acceptable and appears to be less insecure. most people gymcel for approval.

Dang. Men are truly simps. :hnghn: I don’t care about my SMV (or lack thereof hahaha). What is the other 10% good reasons to gymcel?

Thanks, man! And yes, I was able to maintain it but only if I stuck to OMAD, when I ate multiple meals a day, that changed.
