How to lose weight... fast... very fast..?

Okay, long story short. I will be meeting my old classmates in a month. I need to lose about 20-25 pounds to get to a good 10% bf. I have started fasting today, but my metabolism is fairly slow, so one month is not enough. What proven drugs/supplements could I take to speed my weight loss up.

At least for me, there is no fast way, I've been losing weight for 3+ years and in that entire time i've lost 180lb, and I still need to lose 100 more LB. I just count calories and do cardio. Occassional fasting here and there but none of that meme shit beyond 3 days. I was checking my medical records and it turns out I was actually 410LB at my worst at 5'5. It's no wonder that even currently around 200-230LB my skin looks deformed.

Fasting. I lost so much weight that way. To me it wasn't noticeable but every one else noticed

Probably because i'm young and mostly became overweight under the age of 18, I stopped growing physically when I was 16, I wouldn't be surprised if the weight stunted my growth. My youth is probably what kept me alive, I started to do something about my weight when I became an adult and I was getting exhausted from merely moving around on the bed.

OMAD + Zero Carb + Fasted Cardio in the morning. You can drop 5-7% of your bodyweight in just a few days doing this which will be water and glycogen. Not healthy and you will probably rebound gaining more weight but it works for a short term fix

Dry fasting is the most efficient way of losing weight.

That's what I am doing right now. Fasting, and running. But I have shit genetics regarding metabolism. My body takes a long ass time to digest all the food. It's kinda cool since I can fast 3 days in a row without feeling hungry, but it sucks because my weight goes away painfully slow. Too slow.

Look up Protein Sparing Modified fast, it's the fastest way to lose fat while keeping most of your muscle. If you just do a regular fast for too long you'll probably lose some muscle also.

20-25 lbs in a month is probably unrealistic.

Can you all elaborate on the most drastic fat loss methods? I think I might hop on sarms for muscle sparing and just commit to some brutal fat loss plan til I lose the next 15-20 pounds
 
Just do the math. To loose this weight, you have to reach a caloric defecite of round about 80.000 kcal. This in 30 days is probably unrealistic, because then you could only eat around 1000 kcal a day including sport activity...
 
25 pounds ( of fat) in a month is not realistic, better take it slow, cut as much as you can
 
Don't eat antything. Assuming you burn 2000cal each day, in a month you could lose 60000cal, which should be 17lbs. But you can't sustain 30 days of fasting, so you should fast two days and eat one. That would be like 11'5lbs or so.

I'll just echo what everyone's saying, water fast.
You can do this, 1lb/day is the norm unless you're 5' tall, sedentary or a woman.

You say you have a "shit metabolism" (aka insulin resistant) and that may very well be true, but fasting will solve that shit pronto. At least that was my experience, I became insulin sensitive after some fasts and it's such a game changer it sounds like cheating (feel great pumps at the gym, weight just bounces back to normal after cheat days, and I swear I feel hot and sweat more after eating carbs).

I'll just link my post in the waterfasting thread here so you can see what's reasonable to expect.
 
This doesn't work like that boyo. You can't let yourself go and look
like a baloon, and then become 10% in a month. Even if you lose
20 pounds, half of that will be water, muscle etc.

Fastest way to lose weight: High dose of DNP + Ampethamines + Skiing up a mountain in Antarctica whilst soaked in sweat.

But seriously, if you have never worked out before you can water fast and even tho you will look like a twink unless you have god tier frame, that shit will still be more attractive than looking like a bloated toad. If you already workout, do PSMF(150g protein, 35-50g fat, 0 carbs) and keep doing the same routine. Add cardio depending on how you feel(Sex drive, inflammation etc) Increase fat/lower cardio if you lose sex drive, you want to maintain your T levels as they help aid fat loss & maintain muscle mass which increases your energy output 24/7.

This advice is assuming you are natty, if you are on TRT/Blast then you can push yourself much harder whilst feeling good and burn fat much faster.

If higher than 15% bf - rope because shit side effects for clenbuterol, you won't get what you want that quick
