I'm 5'9/5'10 male 85kg 14 y/o.
I train boxing twice a week (monday wednesday) and will be going gym soon after few months of not going
ive been very overweight and obese ever since i was pretty young but only took weight loss seriously a year ago
however the diet i have done has been really unstable (crash dieting)
Since september (when i turned 14) i have lost 14kg (before i was 99kg) from crash dieting however ive had many months where i just stop the diet and then restart eating goyslop again and gain a few kg then start the diet again
I also have hyperthyroidism or something like that but i take medicine for it so thats alright
i take pretty good supplements, multivit and mineral and then extra d3 and k2 and omega 3s
my sleep is alright i sleep anywhere between 9 - 11pm and then wake up at like 6am but my sleep was really bad before often maybe getting 4 hours a day
i get pretty good sun exposure for the weekdays and if my friends are going out on weekends ill usually come aswell
In my average diet i have pretty good food (air fried chicken, lots of meat, eggs, milk, protein shakes, water and diet coke and recently for carbs which i used to not have ive been having white potatoes and fruits with raw honey)
The problem is that i severely undereat ; often eating under 1600 calories per day but i learnt that will like significantly get rid of my height potential and i wanna grow to at least 6'1 but excess fat speeds up testosterone to estrogen making my growth plates close faster so i dont know whether to quickly get to decent weight (75kg or like maybe be 78kg and then like slow down weight loss to normal)
also some info about my puberty
ive never had a wet dream atleast i dont think i have because ive never woken up with ejac
(ALSO i know gooning is normal for my age because i cant have sex but idk if it has any negative effects except like looking at girls differently which doesnt really happen to me i just use masturbating as like stress relief and because i feel very horny in the day)
ive only very recently experienced what i think was a voice crack but nobody else heard it and that was like a one off ive never had it again after that which was like a month ago
I have pubic and armpit hair
I dont have much body hair
A bit of facial hair (visible mustache)

my penis while erect is around 4-5 inches however its like significantly smaller when not erect (doctor said it was pubic fat)
i dont have alot of acne my skin is starting to get worse with pimples here and there but i use like pimple patches and i have a skincare routine so its usually gone in like 3 days
My voice isnt super deep but its not bad despite not going through voice cracks
