Hey i turned 14 in october im 71.9 kg 170 cm how do i lose weight? Im trying to get like into the 60 kg but i just dont know how iv tried everything and it just didnt work for me

Don't starvemax, it will make your life quality plummet and WILL affect your hormones negatively which is not ideal since you're 14.
