Hey i turned 14 in october im 71.9 kg 170 cm how do i lose weight? Im trying to get like into the 60 kg but i just dont know how iv tried everything and it just didnt work for me

Don't starvemax, it will make your life quality plummet and WILL affect your hormones negatively which is not ideal since you're 14. It will also stunt your growth since your body switches focus from growth to survival.

If you really want to lose weight and don't want to stunt your growth or deplete your muscles, you will need to stay at a low-calorie deficit of 200-500 calories.

Get an accurate miniature scale and start counting your calories using the myfitnesspal app, or macrofactor if you have money. Basically weigh food before you eat it and log it in the app so your caloric intake is calculated. Macrofactor allows you to scan barcodes, AI describe and a bunch of other features so logging food is not as hard as it sounds. Make sure you are always at a 200-500 calorie deficit every day, the app will calculate your maintenance (caloric expenditure) for you. The app should handle everything.

Make sure to avoid processed foods, high sugar foods, replace soda with diet soda, and try to avoid eating out at restaurants. Try avoiding carbs too but I haven't read in on the scientific literature surrounding low-carb diets so I am not sure.

Couple this with going to the gym and exercising, you will lose weight healthily and relatively quickly if you stay consistent.

Eat healthy for the rest of your life to avoid fat regain and yoyo effect, if you focus on eating less aka calorie deficit, still eating processed crap, you'll feel shit and will probably regain all the fat back
 
You need to fix your overall gut health, overall metabolism to prevent fat accumulation and that will allow you to eat less, crave less junk food..., because calories aren't what's causing you to overeat or binge, it's what drives the excess calories to happen in the first place, you need lower inflammation

Calories are very real and they do matter, don't get me wrong,calorie deficit is what you need to be in but I'm telling you to they are not "causing" your fat gain, they are the consequence. I'm trying to give you advice on how to on achieve that deficit long yerm and easiest way and that is by diet full of unprocessed food Rich in protein, low in sugar
 
I could tell you to go on a 1200kcaldeficit with sufficient protein, but once you continue with your old eating habits you will get back to your starting weight. So it's better always to focus long term fat loss management than temporary fix. My fat family relative regained all of the fat and weight back once she quit ozempic, jfl

Run, do hella fasted cardio and try increase testosterone. These obviously aren’t more important then starving and fat burners but I’m just trying to give unique advice.
