You can thicken them with minox and they'll appear lower set

But you're already high htn bordering chadlite, I think you'd get a boost from coloring and a different hairstyle, but aside from that you're already good to go

learn to move ur eyebrows seperately (moving one eyebrow without moving the other, in several directions) i used to practice infront of the mirror every morning and it eventually lead to them hanging lower

Yea the supra orbital and infra orbital the closer they are the thinner the eye appear and vice versa soft tissues matters too but not that much it can't carry wide orbitals
