I suffer from few forms of anxiety, it has gotten really bad the past few days man, today i have anxious attacks of my gf not loving me anymore, yesterday it was about my parents dying, or failing college, it feels painful and i can't enjoy life. Is the only solution benzos or injection T?

You get this sense of extreme dread, and like your chest and stomach is feeling ill, you feel like there are bugs eating you from the inside and your are forever doomed. It's a terrible feeling
