need to lower down my bf % to boost hgh , give effective tips only no bs please
 
im just 16 so height growth is my main goal rn and getting lesser fuel to my body is the last thing i want but i have around 8 hours gap between both meals and i dont take breakfast so i think that much of a gap between two meals is enough , right ?
fasting is the most effective

i'd try to get a little longer or eat less in general where you can. Something has to give though.
