i'd try to get a little longer or eat less in general where you can. Something has to give though.im just 16 so height growth is my main goal rn and getting lesser fuel to my body is the last thing i want but i have around 8 hours gap between both meals and i dont take breakfast so i think that much of a gap between two meals is enough , right ?
