Is there any value to lower third fat? + when to do aqualyx, at high or low body fat?

Q1: do the perioral (j,k), cheek (i) and malar (h) fat pad, and submental fat pad serve any aesthetic value? like, do you need some fat there to avoid looking like a skeleton or someshit, cause I don't see any reason to not nuke them as close to 0% as possible with aqualyx.

Q2: suppose I am 20% bf, if I do aqualyx sessions to get a fat pad to 10% while the rest of my body is 20% and I then cut to 10%; what would the fat pad bf be? would I be able to get the fad pad to a lower bf by cutting to 10% bf and then apply aqualyx?
