Although Michael Phelps ate many calories a day, he was still lean because 1) he had a fast metabolism and 2) he exercised a lot all day. Someone already said gym. I agree with it. The more you eat, the more you should exercise.

Ok my answer was vague but basically workout at an athlete level 2x a day.

When I was doing college sports I ate 3500 cals and was losing weight.

He larped how many calories he actually ate. I remember him saying he ate a shit ton of pizza and chocolate and still stayed lean. Makes zero sense for an olympic level athlete to get calories from such shit micronutrient dense foods.
Oh, and he was on steroids as well

Do a lot of cardio and worukout
Eat high volume, low calorie food, such as popcorn, anabolic Ice cream, meat, chicken, salad

retarted question. What do you consider eating a lot? Because to me eating a lot means eating above maintanance calories. And by that it means you will not lose bodyfat.
But if you want to eat a large amount of food in general, just exercise as much as you can and get calories from high volume low calorie foods like chicken etc.
