How to lower cortisol, not 100% nuke it?

As the title says, how could I lower my cortisol, I tried aswagndha(ksm-66) 600mg, I feel this dose helped me improve my sleep a ton, but during the day I am still quite stressed, could trying 1200mg help better?Btw I don't want answers like opiates, I know I can't 100% nuke it without them!

Are you broke, are in uni/college, is your home life good? A lot of things that spike your cortisol can't be medicated or exercised away, which is where the second part comes in.

Internally, are you doing good? Lonely, depressed? B.D.D? Given you're on a glorified incel fourm something is probably fucked in your headspace. Figure that out.

Attitude is everything, and the only viable cope to a shit environment. If you can't control your environmental, you can control your internal to deal with the external. If you adopt an "IDGAF" mindset and care about less things and allow stressors less control over you, you will feel like less shit. This is the only way to deal with external stressors, outside of destroying/escaping them.

Attitude is what seprates ascenders like @HarrierDuBois and rotters like @Lebgfinal. It really is life.

Mirin the genuine answer, but u say "attitude is everything" and I get ur point, but how the hell can somebody change his attitude suddently, it's not that easy as u make it sound!It's similar with the people that grew up eating shitty diets and didn't develope properly and as adults it's hard for them to change their eating habbits overnight because they are used to eat as they ate for years!

Yeah, I get your point. Old habits die hard and it can be difficult to break out of shit like that, I would know.

You gotta acknowledge 2 things. The first is how much your attitude is actively fucking you over, and the second is how it is your only hope.

The first is obvious. It fucks up your sleeping, it makes you emotionally vulnerable, it makes you undriven, it makes you more tired and it makes you susceptible to falling down even harder and rotting. Your social skills are probably not great given you're on an incel fourm, but being in a constant flight or fight mode isn't doing you any favours either.

And if that isn't enough, living with a bad attitude (and by extension living a high cortisol life) is literally killing your gains. (Link)

The second is also fairly obvious. Given you're probably <20-22 you probably don't have your own home, and are going to school actively. You constantly have to be interacting with people outside of your control, and you can't just kill them or run away or anything. You must learn to stop caring. Once you've abandoned your worries about the world, things out of your control, people you'll never meet, and so on, then you can choose to care about whats important. Your friends, family, and so on.


Staying stressed is bad. Water. Stop being stressed. Just give zero fucks.
