How to lower extremely high set eyebrows?

I do have pretty thick and natural dark eybrows. Unfortunately my brow ridge is non existent and my eyebrows are way too high. Any natural or surgical procedures?

Grow your eyebrows and use a eyebrow pencil and lower it a lil you could also shave it a lil but this is kind of cope pretty much no way
