How can I do this? I have low body fat but still pretty chubby cheeks. Very high metabolism but I eat a lot. I am a athlete that exercises a lot.

Your body fat probably isn't as low as you think it is. People think they have 12% when they have 17% etc.
These people never did a Dexa scan or any official test

Maybe 0,1% of men in your general area have a body fat low enough for optimal facial aesthetics (~8-12%).
They are mostly elite college athletes or sportsmen who compete in physical sports for a living.

It takes tons of discipline.

Fastest way? Go on a 400-1000kcal daily deficit (preferably closer to 400, you may get hormonal issues if you do drastic fast cuts) until your Dexa scan shows you are at around 10%. This might take months even if you are relatively lean right now.
You will also want to keep your protein intake high during this cut to avoid muscle mass loss.

(Even faster? Go on a water fast eating nothing for several days on end. You will also lose muscle mass doing this.
Not recommended.)

There is nothing wrong with his genetics, he is also not predestined to have puffy cheeks, he is simply too fat to have a defined jawline and hollow cheeks, he is at around 20% in the left pic.

I remember pretty closely resembling them when I was scouted when I was a little kid - I swam about 2 hours a day, didn't eat much, was on track to get recruited for swimming/track (so I guess that explains it). I'm still an athlete now but to a much lesser extent and eat about 3500 cal/day (with high fat).

I've been scouted for modeling since I was young. That is not the problem my friend.

Pick one, chubby cheeks are a death sentence for sex appeal

Most normies who have those extreme weight loss transformations go from rly fat to skinny fat and they still look like shit in the face because they only dropped BMI rather than aiming at particular body fat percentage. You need to be at least 10 percent body fat, I’m 5’11 and get to 56kg to get all of the subcutous fat off my face but it differs depending how much muscle you have and how tall you are obviously

Yes. You wont find a single male model who is high body fat.

The secret to looking like that guy in the right picture is losing even more body fat (but having a high protein intake during the cut will be the best option as you will retain muscle mass, and lose fat)

They get that look by dieting. It doesn't matter *what* your diet consists of, as long as you are in a caloric deficit long enough to lower your body fat. (This is a looksmaxing forum though so I have to point out you want to avoid sugars and processed foods during this cut because they will age your skin and make you look bad. Cut by eating tons of vegetables, proteins, nuts, etc., drink water)

How good you will look at 12% obviously depends on your bone structure.
But the only way to really know what you look like is doing the hard work and being in a caloric deficit for months upon months until you reach that body fat.

Doesn't necessarily have to be by dieting though, you could also increase the amount of excercise you do. But it's much easier to eat -400kcal less during the day than run for 1 hour and burn 400 calories.

If you’re fat you don’t know wether or not you have decent bones. You have to check your body fat in order to assess whether you have fat covering your bones or you are just boneless.

If you’re fat you don’t know wether or not you have decent bones. You have to check your body fat in order to assess whether you have fat covering your bones or you are just boneless.
So if I pull on my cheek and there is a thick layer inbetween my two fingers, I'm fat?

I really doubt that I'm boneless, and I still dont know what that means.

I have a wide jaw, deepset eyes, 1.1 ipd-midface ratio, and even 3rds. Maybe I have all of those perfect features but just lack "bones" - I have no clue. Please, clarify what the bones in question are.

i.e Non Prominent Cheekbones, Round Jaw, Round Chin, etc.

This is very easy to tell in anyone, so when you ask "How do I know".

I actually look pretty similar to that guy but I don't have the hunter eyes and I have a "square" facial structure. How do you suggest I go from picture 1 to picture 2?
