Only approach a girl if u cross paths with her often (that’s if you have the looks to do so in the first place), Cold approaching girls is cringe.

Just be tall, dark and handsome with a good physique and you will be fine…

But nah seriously. Go to clubs and just talk to girls, ask questions like “how’s your night going?, “what do you do”, “where are you from?”, “what’s your name?”. You can gauge if she’s interested in you by if she’s asking questions, touching you, how engaged she looks.

Also no fap lowers your inhibition. Your problem is probably that you are fapping too much and are viewing these girls as above you. I used to think no fap was a meme, but legit I get nowhere if I had a wank that day. But now I’m back on no fap, my luck with girls has returned.
