consume less saturated fat consume pectin and hdl cholesterol and exercise

Is 2 whole eggs a day ok?
yes unless you have dangerously high ldl. Dietary cholesterol may not have a much of an effect on blood ldl levels as some think:

eggs also have hdl anyway. saturated fat and trans fat are probably a greater concern than actual cholesterol in diet

Got it and should I reduce the amount of oil when cooking?

Soluble fiber in your diet. Dont believe anything else

LDL cholesterol isn't harmful. Ideally total cholesterol should be high, triglycerides low and inflammatory markers low. People who advocate for low LDL typically have terrible blood markers like a poor HDL:Trig ratio. Don't listen to people who propagate pseudo science.

My LDL was above the reference range a few months after a blast cycle. I am trying to lower it back to baseline so I can blast again soon.
