Thanks this helped so is hardmaxxing the only way to fix my lower third and canthal tilt I’m currently using tret 0.025 cream snd benzoyl peroxide and clindiamyicn both prescription I’m tryna get my doctor to prescribe azelaic acid for neck training I assume you mean neck curls and chin tucks and how many do I do with sets and if those are the only exercises I should do I also should mention that I’m a runner so weak frame at least till I get my scholarship will be like that yeah my hair is kinda buns but as you saw I had cornrows and I was thinking about getting that again or retwists so I let my hair rest for about two weeks before getting it done again and dang the stache is really that bad also the morph seems a little uncanny also near my mouth I think I have the start of nasolobial folds I can’t tell what they are I’ll send a photo thanks again and also if you don’t mind telling me my rating and potential that would be amazingView attachment 5291528
So there's a lot to tackle here lemme just start with the most prevelent issue which u highlighted which obv was ur short face syndrome or small lower third, this morph is meant to show a result that may be attainable only from a well plained and executed jaw surgery. Another big surgical tackle would have to be ur canthil tilt. This morph also corrects ur eyebrow uneveness with the patchness on the left brow toward the end. Other fixes that couldnt be done on the morph include acne correction accutane is the most viable solution and an overall better skincare routine, aswell as neck training and exercise to correct weak frame. Also ur hair is unattractive consider growing it out into freeforms. Also shave the pedo stash.

For neck curls I’ve seen a bunch of different people say different ways to do it and for different reps and sets what would you recommend and I don’t think I’ll be able to do any hardmaxxing rn maybe ortho and of course I respect your opinion and I understand that everyone is different but other people usually rate me mltn to hltn do you think they’re lying or is it just subjective height is fried capped at 5’9 rn I have pretty good game tho it’s not an issue to get a girl so that’s good ig and do you think freeforms would suit me the best cuz im just tryna go through different hair styles rn i had locs already but my hair type since im mixed wasn’t super compatible with it and should i take an supplements I currently take fish oil zinc and magnesium supplements I was thinking of taking vitamin d3 + k2 for bone development since my growth plates are still open I forgot to mention that I’m 17 I have a clean diet I don’t eat seed oils added sugars I limit dairy I keep a high potassium to low sodium ratio and high protein with only raw honey and 100% pure maple syrup as sweeteners other things I prolly do too what cleanser and stuff should I buy and sunscreen I currently use based skin set but my sunscreen is kinda buns so I need a new one but I naturally have a oily face so I was looking for a matte one is my nose too bulbous I was also gonna ask you this I’ve been putting hydrocortisone on it twice a week every two weeksWell ofc a morph is uncanny and yes a jaw surgery is the only thing that would correct ur lower third ur most prominent deductor, good thing ur considering ur skincare. there not really lying i think there just being a bit to nice personally. as for the diet dont get groomed into the raw primal space its loaded with misinformation basically they throw out speculation without understanding the evidence hierachy so whenever they say such and such has such and such reaction on your body they dont know the full extent as the body has billions of enzymatic reactions that we dont understand yet and rct and cohert studies at the top suggest plant intake should be high so please dont spike ur ldl and die at 60 cause u thought u were gonna grow (not saying thats u just making sure).
