I've wanted to join the gym 2 months ago but I keep rationalizing to not go there. Procrastinating basically.
The reason is that I will be away because of school a lot.
The gym is quite expensive so I'd have to pay for a few months of membership even if I can't go there in that time.
Also, I don't have enough money to get a second membership for a gym in the other area so I'd have to find a way to maintain my gym gains in the time I can't go to the gym.
Will home workout exercises with dumbbells, sit-ups etc be enough to maintain?
