Yes I'm not the police, I have a gun incase of attack which you get paid more money to have.
I just sit in a box.
If I actually have to do my job it's mostly just calling police to have people trespassed/banned

I believe 18 is the minimum. Cannot have any felonies. Besides that education and previous convictions don't mean anything
