Just lost my job and I needed a couple ways to make a little cash on the side to keep funding my business. Some restaurants and sales jobs offered me but honestly I wanted to keep my cortisol low so instead of that rodeo again I started doordashing
For the past few weeks I’ve been making about $700-$1000 per week at DoorDash (which is more than I made at my old restaurant job) and I’ll show you exactly how to do it
1. Break it down simply
$700 a week = $100 a day = $12.5 a hour x 8
Doing this on DoorDash really isn’t hard especially if you follow the tips
2. Multi app
Don’t simply DoorDash. Use DoorDash and a couple other apps as well such as grubhub Uber Eats Instacart etc
3. Only accept $1 per mile or more orders
4. Actually stay focused. Don’t start doing bullshit in the car you need to lock in pick up the damn food and drive. Treat it as if it’s a real job
5. Go in cities or peak pay areas. Highly populated cities are the best
6. Don’t waste gas. Turn your car off when waiting for orders. Don’t drive around for 10 minutes trying to look for orders. Just park next to restaurants and wait. If you wanna do something while waiting and fuck around then you can but lock in once you get the order and hurry
7. Set a timer each hour for how much you need to make so ur committed
8. Rinse and repeat
Honestly it’s not that hard to make money from DoorDash and so far my life quality has been way better than at my previous jobs
