EQUIPMENT:
Propylene Glycol
96% Ethanol
Dropper bottle
RU58841 powder
STEPS:
- Put 2.5g of powder (50mg/ml) (assuming ur dropper bottle is 50ml), 32ml of Ethanol and shake till the powder dissolves, add 10-15ml of propylene glycol depending on ur skin sensitivity (the more sensitive the higher), shake again and BINGO
u can now blast and not go bald
