How to make a fake palate

Making the intra oral appliance I used acrylic, vaseline, metal wire and a dental impression of my teeth.

To save money when buying the acrylic I bought a monomer and polymer set intended for nails of amazon.
The Vaseline was for putting on the impression so the appliance didn't get stuck to the impression when it hardened.
The Metal wire was stainless steel?
I saved money on the dental impression by going to the dentist about grinding my teeth so they would make a night guard and then just asked if I could have the impression of my teeth (this was free as covered by NHS)
When done I sanded it down the appliance and put in hot water.

Another alternative is getting it made via a ortho lab.

I've lots of pictures somewhere of making it and old forum posts around 2019-20 of people making face pulling appliances I could find. Also look at making a mew vector videos on orthotropics ytchannel and facepulling dot com.

Did you just want to know how to make the appliance or the neck brace as well?

Did it work for you? (upward and foward growth) and like u can feel ur maxilla moving? What material for the fake palate, silicon dental ?

Finally did it just the problem is that the fake palate goes away when I wear it
