It's cooked then, if you want a better looking eyelashes just curl em that's all and as long you're correctly applying the bimatoprost by only putting it on the eyelashes there won't be any problems

You can DIY oral minoxidil by diluting a topical solution with alcohol. You just need some kind of dropper to properly dose the minoxidil.
