So firstly you have to be pretty, cute or good looking. Make sure she's alone or not really with her friends. However before that, greet her and talk with her, be confident and throw in a small talk. Hell you can even jestermaxx a little even though I do a lot but I succeed because I'm good looking. So anyways get touchy with her, and make sure she likes to get touchy.
