I've figured out most morphs but with a lefort 2 it's harder to perform in any photo editing tool.
How do i achieve realistic morphs to see how i'll look after potential surgeries?

Morphs are very inaccurate. But I guess achieving a realistic bimaxillary (bimax) morph in general requires fusing a 3D skeletal scan (CBCT) with optical facial scans, utilizing specialized VSP (Virtual Surgical Planning) software to map how the overlying soft tissue slides and stretches across the repositioned bones.
