HOW TO MAKE A SUBPERIOSTEAL HEMATOMA FORM AT YOUR HEEL TO BECOME TALLER

So we've all seen that post about subperiosteal hematomas calcifying at this point; it's the new way to bonesmash. There are tons of studies proving it works; the only issue is that it looks like shit most of the time:

I mean, it's basically a huge balloon of blood that eventually calcifies; of course it's likely not gonna look aesthetic. Thing is, this doesn't really matter if you're bonesmashing your heels, as no one cares about how your heels look:lul:. We can use this fact to our advantage; since we know that no one's going to be looking at our heels, it doesn't really matter if they look deformed, the only thing that really matters is bone growth.

So, how do you get a subperiosteal hematoma to form and eventually ossify at your heel? It's pretty simple, niggas here will tell you to hit it directly and as hard as you can with a hammer, but that's not actually a good way to cause any sort of bone gains there beyond density. You have to remember that we aren't aiming to break our bones with direct impact; we're trying to achieve periosteal lifting, basically create a shear between the periosteum and the bone surface, which will eventually fill up with blood and ossify.

The way to do this is to hit your bones from the SIDE, as again, you don't really wanna break the bone or cause any kind of direct stress even, you just want to peel the periosteum loose, which will in turn create a space into which blood can accumulate. That blood will eventually ossify and create new bone. Ideally, you shouldn't even wait until the bone heals to bonesmash again, since your goal is not to cause direct microfractures that heal. Your goal is to literally create a space where the new bone will form; it has nothing to do with microtears or bone density, even.

So, the best way to bonesmash your heels is to hit them from the side and do it EVERY DAY, until you notice a lump forming there. I can't guarantee you that your results will be even or good, but this should(at least in theory) work and might net you some very slight height gains(expect MAYBE 0.5-1cm if you're really dedicated, you're obviously not gonna be gaining inches of height from this:lul:).
