how to make brows positive tilt?

My brows are neutral tilt and it gives me a permanent NPC look, how to make them positive tilt? my eye area would be god tier with positive brows so i need this

Eyebrow transplant seems to be an option in this
You can also go with supraorbital implants as your eyebrow follows your orbitals
Or you can also cope with squinting if that works .

Trim them a certain way i have spare low to neutral and it looks high if i trim it a certain way my eyebrows are long asl tho

You need everything. Its so fucked. Generally w down turned brows you need specifically shaped supra implants then to get an eyebrow transplant.
