creme fraiche is a richer/fattier sour cream that is more mild what you need is
heavy whipping cream
cultured butter milk


first step pour cream into clean jar or container lets say you pour 2 cups of cream then you mix in 3TBSP of cultured buttermilk
cover container with papertowel and rubber band down and let sit for at least 12hrs until thickened then stir and refrigerate good for a few weeks

i reccomend pairing with caviar or any fish egg/smoked fish. caviar and creme fraiche is my deathbed meal
