Yes it would, but I found IncelTear easiest to farm with multiple accounts because they don't require your account to be aged, but I also posted it just because I find it hilarious that I made money from lonely people that fuck with this forum

Good luck, shit is more addicting then heroin and the dopamine hit you get from making money 100% by yourself is insane, even if its just $1-$2 (of course your money tolerance will go up) and the experience you get is well worth it, just make sure to not completely give a fuck like I did when I was like 14-15

I have the suspicion that this would work on different kinds of soy-filled subreddits. IncelTears is just one of them.
They're pretty much generic NPCs and it's easy enough to copy their writing habits. They're also not really smart.

It works with every subreddit, just find a few subreddits which don't have too many security restrictions (like requiring a certain registration date or karma before hand), you might be surprised by how much reddit is actually manipulated (and how easy it is to do so in the same time)

The only trick and thing that might take a bit of time is to find someone who actually wants to buy those accounts
