Genuine question, but if IPD is 67, and byzygo is 138 so peanut skulled, how could u about trying to improve ESR

Then you try to widen your face with zygo implants and get that ESR lower
But too big of an implant will make your jaw look too narrow in comparison and ruin harmony, so you probably have to get both zygo and jaw implants for widening

what about chewing to develop the muscles??? I don’t really think surgery is a good ROI, my esr is like 48.5, might just have to live with it I guess

he has a pretty wide mouth which helps balance it a lot, and just a wide jaw overall
in the pic i sent you can see the masseters really stand out which brad pitt doesnt have, its probably that

Make sense, I might try to just do a little then, and not go overboard with it, I have pretty similar mouth with Brad
