you can't spot lose fat, technically you can but not in the way you think. your facial fat is genetic and you can't get rid of it naturally IF it is fat.
trey debloating, drink 3L water everyday, eat healthy and try to avoid food that will bloat you. you'll have to look up the foods you consume

You cab still be high body fat if you don't have much lean mass.
