first you need to be at jobcenter and when you are unemployed for a few months, they will probably admit you to a random course. in my case it was aplication course. The course took two Months, 5 hours everyday. There were 4 male collegues in my class and one female. All of them where ethnic or eastern euros, i was the only german lol. No one of us cared about that useless course, so we just played free games on the PC and joked around.
