I think your issue is that you're being way too pushy. I usually talk to people quite a lot on the general forum before I message them privately, and I talk to them a lot in private messages before I start tagging them in general posts. I interacted with you once, then you tagged me 7 times in the span of a few hours, and every time it was for some trivial stuff.

It's kind of reflective of irl communication too. In order to make friends who actually want to hang out with you, you shouldn't try to instantly organize a bunch of stuff to do together. Otherwise, you come across as desperate, and it can make the person you're interacting with feel like you're only trying to be friends with them because you want friends, not because you actually care about their personality. It's usually too much, too soon.
