There’s no tips to really help you at all especially not ones people on this forum can tell you

I’ve made some friends by just going outside but that was when i was 6-12 and you can just make friends like that easily unlike now when i’m 16, and it’s also a random chance whether you find someone like that or not

Spend most of your days outside and do social activities, maybe try sports or talking to people in the gym. Getting a girlfriend would definitely help and is arguably easier in your situation compared to making real friends, but both is realistically doable. It is kind of a game of chance but if you do your best to spend a lot of time around people in general and are not extremely high inhib chances are you’ll meet new people.
