How to make hair smell nice without shampoo

I don't see it as important usually, I used to spritz some cologne on the top of the head area and got comments on my hair smelling nice, stopped doing it cause it was making my hair to frizzy.

Honestly, that's hard to say. I find most aftershaves nice smelling but some people might find them strong. I used to use this David Beckham one, forgot what it was called.

Good generally, I find the best routine is conditioner once a week, shampoo once every three days and just water the rest of the days. But it depends on your hair style. I'm not a professional so I won't be able to know what works best for you.
