How to make huge cash but in a few years

this thread is not for like huge cash right away. the objective is like 10m dollars in 2-3 years im sharing my plan that i used first 1-2 years mastering video editing i mean like straight working no slacking. i mean like youtube long form editing preferably after like getting 10-20 k your gonna have like 10 clients wanting to work with you this the part that fails or successes your operation stop editing yourself your gonna hire editors from like india (no racism) they work for less than the dollar like if you have one premium client that pays like 5k a month a 3rd world country editor fights for that place its like luxury in their country and your gonna build a name for your agency creators know then you can scale aggresively and you dont need to invent like a new ai or sm shi like that.
one thing the problem is editors slack of in the first years giving up on outreach and after getting one client they will not post on x so if the clients leave them they dont have clients. and in the middle of in the solo phase if your good enough and get hired for like 2k a month ik little asf but you gotta grow if you have other clients begging to work with you say like 4k or 5k a month if they say yes u got yourself a higher paying client .hope this helps
