For this example we'll use 15mg KY19382 since once dissolved with DMSO it can only remain at -20C for about 1 month
ideally you would store it in a refrigerator or smth but since were not scientists and dont need perfect precision I assume that 1 month wont be extremely bad so u can store it in ur drawer or smth as long as it doesnt get hit by the sun or live in like a jungle
Using a standard 0.5mg/day dose this would be 15mg for 30 days obv
So:
1. Measure 15mg KY19382 into a 0.001 precision scale
2. Transfer the powder into a container, ideally a transparent glass container to be able to observe when our solution becomes homogenous more easily
3. Add 7.5mL DMSO into the container with a 10mL syringe
4. Stir the container itself or mix with a rod or smth until the mix is homogenous
5. Add 67.5mL PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) into the container with another 10mL syringe
6. Stir the container for 2 minutes
7. Fill 8 10mL vials w this solution (or 15 5mL ones or 4 20mL ones whatever u want)
8. Cap the vials
9. Clean the container u used and dry it so ur mom wont ask questions (do it properly so you dont poision ur entire family)
10. Done!
It is important that this entire process is done in less than 10 minutes since DMSO can absorb moisture from the air and ruin the solution

then for pinning you can do SQ w this solution at 2.5mL, ud get 0.5ml/2.5ml, so just use the alcohol pads and pin as you would normally w a 25G+ syringe, at higher volumes its adviced to do IV but idk why anyone would do that
if you wanna do a different dose/concentration well its just divisions and multiplications lol, just make sure to not surpass 4mg of KY per mL of DMSO or else it won't properly dissolve
