So i study at uni but idk how to make money for surgeries, like lot of them cost $5k+, i need some side hustle or part time job ( if pay is good i can work full time), i tried working in stores but most i can make is 450$ a month if i work full time in Georgia , so i really need some good advice about money, rn I'm 18 and i really want to even get $15k-20k by 20 or 21.

Im from country Georgia, if u start working in store for example as a cashier or whatever it's called or maybe MacDonald or kfc, yea sites say u can make 1500 Gel which is about 560usd but when you apply for a job they tell you so much shit and in total you can make 1200 Gel max which is 450 usd

Russia is not a major destination for foreign cosmetic surgery, so a lot of cosmetic procedures are still very cheap.

It's hard when everybody from around the world is going to the same surgeons in the US, Tureky, etc. We are all being shoved out by techbros from the US that make $200k annualy for testing dildos or whatever the fuck, they don't mind the prices being hiked up. I'd be willing to wager that if many more countries had satisfying domestic markets with competent surgeons then you wouldn't be in this predicament.
