You don't need it, youtube success is easy as hell alone. I know many big YouTubers and some I helped from the ground up
You only need to know basic seo and how to make not boring vids and that's it

I didnt really mean it like that. Youtube does not really put small creators in recommended, so where are you gonna find traffic from then?, Its simple, search results! Thats why your video topics and video titles are gonna be such that are searched for a lot, but also end up high ranked on youtube search engine.
And that right there is the key to going big on youtube, no better way than that!
